What products does Digitrex offer?

Digitrex offers digital eBooks on a variety of topics including productivity, personal development, lifestyle improvement, and basic skills. All items are digital-only.

How will I receive my digital product?

Your eBook will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is usually within 1–2 hours.

I did not receive my eBook. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If the file is still missing, contact us at digitrexonline@gmail.com and we will resend it.

Are digital products refundable?

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, so they are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue or did not receive your file, we will assist you.

Can I print the eBook?

Yes, you may print your eBook for personal use.

What if I entered the wrong email at checkout?

Email us at digitrexonline@gmail.com with your order details. After verification, we will resend the file to the corrected email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Digitrex does not store your payment information.

How long does support take to respond?

We typically reply within 24 hours.

Do I need special software to open the eBook?

No. All eBooks are provided in PDF format and can be opened on phones, tablets, laptops, or desktops using any standard PDF viewer.

Will I keep access to the eBook permanently?

Yes. Once delivered, you can download and save your eBook for personal use at any time.
